This is the worst experience I've ever had!!!! EVER!!! Every time I stepped in that place, there was always something wrong, but the worst thing of all was, they don't even bother to send your bills to your insurance and they charge you every time the full amount. They did it with us 3 times one after the other. And when I tried to complain and get the difference they charged extra (after I had to give my insurance my papers to get the right amount I had to pay) they just didn't listen and played the fool to not reimburse the money. Maybe there can be one time a mistake, or mabe two times (we tried to be patient and give them a couple of chances to redeem their mistakes) but tree times the same thing?? Really?? I felt so angry, because I felt they were steeling from me right on my face and I couldn't do anything about it, because although I explained with numbers and documents what they did wrong, they just didn't care. And not enough with that, I got so upset I called my husband to get advice and I was yelling on the phone and the nasty person who was arguing with me said to me she was going to call the police!!! I mean seriously??? Really, don't waste your money and your time with such deshonest people. Now I'm going to get this fixed through an attorney.
