Great leadership, incredible workouts, friendly community. This place has everything I have ever looked for in a gym. My wife and I have been coming here for a year and a half now and couldn’t be happier with our decision. This is the only thing that has filled the competitive void since collegiate sports. 5 stars isnt enough to describe my experience at CrossFit Mason.

I cannot reccomend Crossfit Mason enough! If you are ready for varried, high intensity workouts that help you grow as an athlete check out Crossfit Mason. Every time I have ever asked a coach how to perform a movement, or how to better my form, they have worked with me till I understood what to do. They have a vested interest in what my fitness goals are and how they can help me acheive them.

But the special thing about CFM is the community surrounding it. The coaches and other crossfitters all treat one another as family. They support each other inside and outside of the gym walls. Monthly social events, partnering with local non-profits to welcoming anyone new to the gym. You won't meet a friendlier crew to lift heavy weights with!
