Marco's Pizza at 6360 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio.

Pizza is always good but not when it has been delivered 20 min later than the quoted time and barely warm for the 2nd time in a row! The delivery guy was extremely apologetic and explained that they were short staffed. He suggested I call the manager. When I called the manager he quickly cut me off and told me it wasn't his fault, instead of simply apologizing. I am shocked at the attitude by this manager and the way their poor service was handled! There a many other places to eat pizza! My family and I will not be ordering here anymore.
